Nipomo CSD - 2024 Water Distributions System Improvements
The work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of new water distribution mains which includes: approximately 900 linear feet of new 4-inch, 425 linear feet of 8-inch, and 4,600 linear feet of 12-inch C900 DR 18 water distribution mains in open trench, blowoff assemblies, air and vacuum release assemblies, and a double detector backflow assembly.

Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference that will begin at 10:00 a.m., local time, on November 1, 2024 at 509 Southland Street, Nipomo, CA 93444. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the scope of the project and bidding requirements and to acquaint bidders with site conditions. Detailed technical questions may be submitted in writing but they will be answered, if warranted, by addenda later. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory and failure to attend the pre-bid conference will result in your bid being rejected as non-responsive.
