There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 23, 2024 at the Dorothea Lange Elementary School Office, 1661 Via Alta Mesa, Nipomo, CA 93444. Each bidder must sign in prior to 9:00 a.m. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.

Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. Prequalification documents are available from the Lucia Mar Unified School District Website at https://www.luciamarschools.org/apps/pages/FMO-Docs. For assistance obtaining Prequalification documents, contact the Facilities Office at (805)474-3000 ext. 1032. Prequalification documents must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024 to the Facilities Office at 222 Stanley Avenue, Arroyo Grande, California 93420 Attn: Lorena Castaneda.
